Patched/Stuffed Bloons are similar to Camo and Regrows. They are like a Power Up.
Patched Bloons[]
Patched Bloons are like armour, it takes twice as many hits to destroy that layer, it looks liked a Bloon with patches with the colour 25% lighter than the actual layer. Unlike most Power Ups, they cannot effect Leads, Ceramics or DDTs, or any layer that is not made of Elastic or Rubber. This can effect MOAB class Bloons,
Stuffed Bloons[]
Stuffed Bloons look like they are Swollen. When they are popped, twice as many Bloons come out (i.e: If a Blue Stuffed Bloon is popped, two reds come out). This can be really dangerous with other Power ups, Particularly with Regrows. This also effects M.O.A.B Class Bloons.
